Robert F. Landheer
Robert F. Landheer is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist with over 40 years of criminal defense experience.
Mr. Landheer has tried felony and misdemeanor cases in courts around the State of California. Additionally, he has litigated and argued appeals in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and State Courts of Appeal.
He has worked in the Santa Barbara Public Defenders Office and opened his private practice in 1991.

Robert Landheer Education
Robert graduated from Oberlin College in 1970, attended the University of San Francisco Law School, and graduated the New College School of Law in 1979. Mr. Landheer served as chairman of the board of the Santa Barbara Legal Defense Center, a nonprofit legal advocacy group for homeless persons and served on the Board of the Committee for Social Justice for more than 15 years.
Mr. Landheer taught Jurisprudence and the Philosophy of Law. He was recognized as Professor of the Year by the student body at the Southern California Institute of Law.
